No Right of Withdrawal / Exclusion of Returns

As all products in our shop are made exclusively to order, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Our items are not pre-produced and are individually manufactured after the order has been placed, according to your specific request.
For this reason, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not possible.

A return or replacement will only be accepted if the delivered product is defective or a mistake on our part has occurred. In such cases, please contact us immediately so that we can find an appropriate solution.
